Alon is an Innovation Facilitator and Account Manager on the SIT Team.
He brings a unique set of skills to his work with clients, ranging from Business Intelligence, coaching and training, through Content Design and Performing Arts.
Alon works with a cross-section of SIT's major clients in agrochemicals, food and beverage, banking, insurance and media across different geographies, developing their organizational innovation capabilities. He has designed innovation processes and programs for leading clients including Merck, Kimberley Clark, Siemens, City of Minneapolis. He is also an ardent believer in the use of new media in the presentation of innovation to mass audiences including webinars.
Prior to joining SIT, Alon was VP Content and Research for a leading business intelligence company and was a strategic consultant for the Ministry of Defense. He has been involved in developing tailor-made strategic reports supporting decision makers and industry leaders.
He is a Certified Life Coach and has a BA in Liberal Arts from Tel Aviv University. He also makes great chocolate.
